Developed by the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), TNCC is widely recognized as the premier course for nurses working in hospitals and trauma centers worldwide. The goal of this course is to empower nurses with the knowledge, critical thinking skills, and hands-on training they need to provide superior, expert care for all trauma patients.
TNCC was developed specifically for nurses, and full registration is only open to certified GNs and RNs.
TNCC requires 18 hours of class time spread over 2 days. After completion, this course is good for 4 years.
At Calgary Emergency Education, we understand that great instructors, small class sizes, and an engaging environment may be the deciding factor in saving lives when our students go back to their jobs as trauma nurses. That’s why we keep our classes small — only 24 students per session. It’s also why all of our faculty is comprised of expert emergency nurses who currently work in the Level 1 Trauma Centre. When you take TNCC with our team, you’re getting the education you deserve with amazing nurses who know exactly what they’re talking about and understand the challenges you face.
Nurses learn best when they work with other nurses!
